Originally from Havana Cuba, Jorge Concepcion moved to Hialeah when he was five years old. He graduated from Hialeah Miami Lakes and went straight to Lindsey Hopkins Technical School where he learned Air-Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration. With seventeen years experience, Jorge has proven that he is a dedicated professional. Jorge joined Trinity Air-Conditioning in 2005. He started out as an a/c installer, moved up the ranks as a service technician and is now in sales.

J. Barrie McHugh began a 5 year apprenticeship in 1966. After completion, he went on to serve as Director of Training for the Mechanical Contractors of South Florida for 12 years. In 1986 he, along with his wife Pamela, formed Trinity Air Conditioning Co. J. Barrie McHugh holds a state mechanical contractor's license, and has served several South Florida municipalities as chief mechanical official.

Pamela F. McHugh, Graduate of Miami Palmetto Senior High School, has attended numerous accounting, finance and computer training classes through Miami-Dade Community College, IBM, Comp USA and The Trane Company. She has more than twenty years of business and construction related experience beginning in the early 1970's with Forte Properties, a major real estate developer. From 1977 to 1982, she was Treasurer of Syscom, Inc., a computer software development company. From 1982 to 1986 she was employed by custom homebuilder, Martin Schaffel Enterprises, Inc. All this, prior to starting TRINITY AIR CONDITIONING, INC. in 1986. In addition, Pamela F. McHugh is proud to be an active member of the St. Louis Catholic Church.

Michelle was born and raised in Miami, Florida. She graduated with Honors from the University of Miami with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and then went on to get her M.B.A. also at UM. Her work experience includes working as an auditor for KPMG Peat Marwick for three years. She left KPMG in 1998 as a Senior Auditor having worked at high profile clients such as Burger King, Ryder, Claire’s and numerous other smaller clients. From 1998 – 2006, Michelle was Assistant Comptroller for Southeast Centers LLC, a Real Estate company who develops, acquires, manages and owns retail shopping centers throughout Florida. It was after the acquisition of Trinity Air Conditioning in December 2006 along with her husband, Tim and partner, Gary Reeves that Michelle came on board with Trinity Air Conditioning.

Gary A. Reeves is a native Miamian class of 1984 Palmetto Senior High School graduate. He received his Sheet Metal Journeyman Certification in 1992 and has over 21 years of commercial and residential expertise. Gary started as a helper and throughout his career he quickly excelled to progressively higher job levels of installation and sales positions. This allowed Gary to develop proficient and effective managerial and customer service skills as well as provided him with a vast knowledge of efficient design installation techniques for both residential and commercial properties. Now, he is the Project Manager for all commercial accounts and part owner of Trinity Air Conditioning.

Timothy Alexander is a native Miamian class of 1987 Coral Park High School. He Graduated from Miami Dade Community College with AA Degree in Business and completed a 5-year apprenticeship program at a nationally recognized local #725 Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and Pipefitting school. He started at Trinity Air Conditioning in 1990 as helper, completed apprenticeship training and moved into sales and project management. Between 1997 and 2006, Tim performed many roles at Trinity Air Conditioning, including Sales Engineer, Project and Service Manager. In 2006, after 16 years of working at Trinity Air Conditioning he and his wife Michelle along with Gary Reeves purchased Trinity AC from its founders.
