Timothy Alexander is a native Miamian class of 1987 Coral Park High School graduate. He Graduated from Miami Dade Community College with AA Degree in Business and completed a 5-year apprenticeship program at a nationally recognized local #725 Air Conditioning, Refrigeration and Pipefitting school. He started at Trinity Air Conditioning in 1990 as helper, completed apprenticeship training in 1995 and moved into sales and project management in 1997.

Between 1997 and 2006, Tim performed many roles at Trinity Air Conditioning, including Sales Engineer, Project Manager and Service Manager. In 2006, after 16 years of working at Trinity Air Conditioning, he along with wife, Michelle and partner, Gary Reeves purchased Trinity Air from its founders J. Barrie McHugh and Pamela McHugh.
